You know how I'd hardly ever be on NuTang 'cause I was busy with work and getting ready for school? Well it's gotten worse now because I'm actually
in school now, and I just started a new job (still at the library). I finally finished the training for my new position last week - I was coming in for just over 30/wk for two weeks for training. It was bleh. Especially when school started Wednesday. Last week was crazy, stressful, and now thankfully over. I'm glad I'm not really that busy all the time. I don't think I'd be able to handle it...
Another thing that's been keeping away from NuTang (besides school & work) has been Stephanie Meyer's
New Moon. I finally got it from the library (the request list was reeeeally long), and consumed it in three days. It took four days because I worked all day for two of those days. I just began reading
Eclipse today, and haven't gotten very far 'cause I got busy this afternoon.
Now that I've finished
New Moon, I'm not sure what all
Eclipse may hold in store. I'm thinking Bella will probably end up turning into a vampire in this one, but that's still an unsure assumption. Now those of you who've already read it [at least once] don't tell me anything!! I'll be done with it in a few days, and then we can go shrill in excitement and anticipation together. lol
I was looking up a song called
Dance, Dance by Andy Lopez feat. Tune Up! on YouTube 'cause a friend wanted me to hear it. It's one of those dance/techno/whatever-you-call-it songs that are just fun to bounce in the car to. So I browsed around and found some other ones in the genre and made a makeshift playlist with them. I'm listening to it now.
(You can, too!) For some reason, all the techno beats are making me tired.... Maybe I really am tired, and the droll of a constant beat is just making more sleepy? I dunno...
So far, I've been doing pretty good at keeping a couple of my "new year's goals". I haven't spent a dime all month, and I've been reading a lot more. I
did download a few songs last week... but at least I've gone down to only a few at a time instead of a huge batch when I get in a downloading mood. As far as purchasing a laptop and buying a car, well that's gonna take a lot longer. Mostly because I only get paid once a month instead of your typical bi-weekly method.
I'm glad I've got this far. =)
Well, until next time, have a great week NuTang!
Oh, and Heath Ledger died.
Heath Ledger died. It's crazy. And I was really looking forward to him being in many more movies. Mostly so I could watch him so many more times. ha
This winter hasn't been all that great.... =/
I'm just glad they were done filming "Batman". I've been looking forward to seeing that all winter.

Did you like it? Recommend it!
Everyone is so worked up about this Heath Ledger guy dying.... I don't even know who he is. Although I probably will soon if he did Batman...
That song is driving tiny red hot nails into my brain. :S

Oh, and vegan means no animal products whatsoever. Although... I guess some people take it more or less seriously than that. So no dairy, eggs, foods that have been produced using methods that are cruel to animals, leather, etc.

I've read twilight 3 times, new moon twice and eclipse once. I'll be rereading the whole series again when Breaking Dawn comes out in August. I'll fall in love with edward all over again lol. and if Midnight Sun ever comes out, you can bet I'll be buying that one too and gushing over it.
your schedule sounds incredibly busy ... don't run yourself down. you could get sick when you do too much for your body to handle.
and I can't believe he's dead either. he was one of my favorite actors! it's such a tragic death. RIP

That's what college is for!
You make new friends, and all of them can introduce you to wonderful new things.

Stephanie's Twilight series never fail to keep me up for nights regardless of how many times I read them.
Good luck with school and work.. My school life just got hectic.

yeah i guess i really shouldn't complain as much about my parents.
the thng with techno music is that it's repetiti ve. it can be bouncy but sometinmes when you're out of it it just makes you sleepgy.
my resolution wasn;t much of a resolution. i'm not sure iif i told you this., but it;s more like a goal /(for some reaosn I think of a resolution as something that you have to fulfill 100% of the time in order to fulfill it but with a goal you work towards it) so my goal is to not procrastinate. /the difference is that instead of saying I'm not going to procrastinate, I say that I''ll do a part of this now, a part tomorrow, the next part the following day, etc. so I break things up into smaller tasks instead of conquering one huge thing. and so far i've been successful. i was going to writ something else but it slipped. XP
